Create Momentum for a better life
I found that if I do one thing each day to make my life better, then I actually create momentum to keep going ... to keep building ... to stay "awake" and make decisions that lead me to the life I design. At the moment I am reading a really cool book called A NEW EARTH by Eckhart Tolle.
The book inspires and challenges me. I find it fascinating to discover what it feels like to be "awake" to actually live in the moment. I think we can comprehend what that might mean, but to actually define it and allow ourselves to be present changes everything. You can actually focus more.. you have an opportunity to communicate with someone in a more rewarding manner. It gives you life to learn how to not allow the past to hold you back and to not miss opportunities to engage in what is happening now. There is so much more. The book takes an honest look at the current state of humanity and how to recognize the egoic mind and how detaching from it makes us whole.
