Notre Dame scores a late touchdown vs. Georgia Tech, enabling senior walk-on Dan Ruettiger to play in ND's final home game of 1975. Though uncredited by radio announcer Don Criqui, Ruettiger sacks the quarterback on the final play of the game, achieving a lifelong dream of playing football for Notre Dame. Special thanks to KH for marrying the game film to the original radio broadcast.

The motion picture 'Rudy' memorialized the 1975 game against Georgia Tech - as Notre Dame walk-on Daniel 'Rudy' Ruettiger took the field for the final play of the game. While the movie is a Hollywood version of the story, Notre Dame players who were in on the team and participated in that game provide the truth behind the legend. The film Rudy is not only a classic in itself, but the score in the film is what makes it even more memorable. That is why this film was turned into a live musical experience, now composed by Justin Freer, who studied under the original composed, Jerry Goldsmith.
